HOMii, a provider of trendy co-living spaces in city centers, faced a complex plumbing hurdle at their new Central Durban location. Kelnick Plumbers, a trusted Saniflo installer, invited Saniflo to address the challenge at the 12-apartment, first-floor site.

The Blockage:

The apartments, arranged in two banks of six on either side of a central atrium, needed connection to the sewage outlet. However, corridors and lounges at floor level obstructed the path to the external wall where the connection resided. Traditional plumbing methods were further complicated by a shop occupying the ground floor, making digging or running pipes under the floor slab an impossibility.
